alanos313 Posted May 21, 2011 Report Posted May 21, 2011 Hi, I have a 2002 Galaxy TDI Auto. When the engine is cold there is no reverse gear, it just revs as if it is in neutral. Once driven for 10 mins and warmed up reverse is fine. I have checked the oil level in the box and it is fine. If i disconnect the gearbox management multi plug then reverse works from cold. Reconnect it and the problem is back. Please help, it is driving me absolutely nuts!! Quote
alanos313 Posted May 21, 2011 Author Report Posted May 21, 2011 i have also noticed that when i press the brake the 'blown bulb' warning light comes on, and goes off when i take foot off the brake... all the bulds on the car are working fine. Could all this be down to a faulty brake light switch?? Quote
